More and more, gluten-free foods can be found in grocery stores and restaurants around the country. Here’s the 4-1-1 on gluten and a gluten-free diet.
Most people who go gluten-free do so for one of two reasons: either 1) they have a gluten intolerance or other condition, like celiac disease; or 2) they want to eat fewer high-calorie foods.
