Banana Chia Seed Pudding + Tips to Slim Down for Swimsuit Season

Just in time for swimsuit season, I hopped over to FOX 9 to share a few tips on how you can tweak your diet to eat healthier and slim down.

Here is a recipe for banana pudding (ingredients pictured above) that I make in the video:

Banana Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 chopped banana
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup light coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional: Sweetener. I used a few dashes of Maple Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana in the bottom of a jar or bowl. Add the chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir everything together.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours or more. Eat for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
